COUNTRIES AND SHIPPING RATES
Currently we only take product orders for the following countries/regions as outlined below, which also includes the shipping rate per country: 

UK: FREE Next Day Delivery For Orders Over £40 (Standard rate £4).

For next day delivery, orders must be before 2pm Monday-Friday.

PROCESSING & SHIPMENT
We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend will process the next business day. If Monday falls on a holiday, then your order will process the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and processed between 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING CARRIER
To provide the quickest and most affordable service possible to our customers, we provide domestic UK delivery with Royal Mail package service (in-transit times 1-2 Business Days) for all UK orders. For Europe, we use DPD or UPS package service (in-transit times 1-7 Business Days). 

All Royal Mail shipping orders received before 11:00 A.M. (GMT) will be processed the same day. Royal Mail orders received after 11:00 A.M. (GMT) will be processed the following business day. Royal Mail orders placed on Friday after 11:00 A.M. (GMT) will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).

DELIVERY GUARANTEES
We do not guarantee arrival times for any shipment.
