To cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible using the form below. If your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can make a return of the unwanted items as per our return policy. Return postage for unwanted items is paid by the customer.

Visible vapour is not guaranteed when using a vaporizer. It depends on many factors such as heating method, the material being vaped, airflow, the vaping temperature, humidity and more.
However, there are a few ways you can increase the thickness of the vapour if that’s your priority:
- If you’re using herbs, grind them fine and pack them tight (but not too tight so that air can still pass through).
- If it’s a convection vape you want to make sure to cover the whole surface area of the oven.
- Raise the temperature. You will sacrifice flavour on temperatures over 180°C, but the higher temperature the more visible vapour you will see.
- Inhale deeply and breathe out quickly.
To clean your vaporizer effectively, begin by emptying the chamber to remove any leftover herbs or residues, using a soft cloth or brush to eliminate loose particles. If possible, disassemble the vaporizer into its individual components such as the mouthpiece, screens, and other removable parts. These can be soaked in isopropyl alcohol to dissolve stubborn residues; be sure to follow the manual’s recommendations for soak times and alcohol concentrations. Gently scrub the chamber and components using a brush, pipe cleaner, or cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol to avoid damaging sensitive parts. After scrubbing, rinse all components thoroughly with warm water to eliminate any alcohol residue, ensuring they are completely dry before reassembling. Inspect screens for clogs or build up, and clean or replace them as necessary. Additionally, wipe down the vaporizer’s exterior with a damp cloth to remove dirt and grime. After ensuring all parts are clean and dry, follow the manufacturer’s instructions to reassemble. For residual evaporation, briefly run the vaporizer on its highest temperature setting, eliminating any remaining alcohol to prevent a residual taste during your next vaping session. Lastly, practice regular maintenance by cleaning the vaporizer after every few uses to avoid residue build up and ensure an optimal vapor quality experience.
